Dr. Blake Martin is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in using evidence-based treatments to help adults and adolescents overcome traumatic events they've experienced. He also treats a wide array of other common mental health concerns including anxiety disorders, depression, insomnia, and addiction. He provides in-person services in San Antonio and telehealth services across the state of Texas. He is in network with Aetna insurance, otherwise he is out-of- network with insurance companies.
Dr. Martin earned his Ph.D. at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX, and also serves as a Staff Psychologist at the South Texas VA in the PTSD Clinic. Dr. Martin provides in-person clinical services in his San Antonio office, and also provides therapy to individuals across the state of Texas through telehealth. In therapy, Dr. Martin strives to form a genuine partnership that honors the client's experiences, and gives them the tools they need to make lasting, meaningful change. Maddie McLemore, Student Counseling Intern

Maddie McLemore graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2021 with her Bachelors in Health and Society. She began pursuing her Masters of Arts in Counseling at Southern Methodist University's Program in August 2021 and expects to graduate this December.
Maddie believes that individual problems stem from difficulty in adapting to change to our norms both in our internal functioning and our relationships with others. Maddie views her role as a counselor is to help provide a safe space for clients to create and practice new ways of addressing change in their lives within the context of their relationships and values. As she completes the last of her clinical training, she specializes in working with older adolescents and adult individuals struggling with eating disorders, addictions, anxiety, life transitions, identity, and trauma. Maddie offers counseling in-person or via telehealth. In her free time, she enjoys drinking coffee in the mornings, listening to music, catching up on the latest gymnastics news, traveling with friends, and all things Texas football.
